at One Holistic Therapy run a one day beginners therapeutic massage course. This is a day course where you will not only experience a therapeutic massage you will also learn how to give a therapeutic massage. The first hour of class is spent observing a practical demonstration of techniques and routine. The remaining time is spent under guidance and supervision practising the massage movements and routine.
The therapeutic massage that you will learn focuses on the upper body, which is where the majority of us store our stresses and hold tension. You will learn how to give a wonderfully relaxing therapeutic massage and by the end of the day you will have a life long skill under your belt. You will then be able to give a good quality massage to your friends, loved ones and family members.
