We spend over 40 hours a week at work and it is one of the major stressors in our lives.
We have compiled a management tips at work list for you that will help you stop kicking the photo copying machine – again.
During our stress management course we go into further detail about the below and also explain the physiology behind stress, exploring how we can re-address the balance.
Some stress management tips at work include:
Reducing stress: Address the cause of your stress by identifying what your stressors are. This may not always be possible, but specialist advice and putting a plan together can help you make decisions which will help to resolve or at least reduce one or more of your stressors.
Advice and understanding: When we understand what is contributing to our stress, then we become empowered to deal with it more effectively. We have found that by recognising and understanding what stress is and how it impacts our bodies, can be a huge relief.
Relaxation exercises: There are a range of relaxation exercises that you can do to help relax your mind and body.
Breathing: Simple breathing exercises can restore the balance in the body so that the “stress” feeling is significantly reduced.
We will attend your office to provide one or more of the stress management tips at work for you and your staff.
