Our innovative stress management courses for teens are available nationwide for schools, acadamies, youth groups and the like.
Teenagers frequently experience stress and pressures and often do not know how to cope and deal with it. This may come in the form of peer pressure, drugs, alcohol, parents, school/college and image issues.
Our stress course for teens is educational, interactive and an ideal opportunity for teenagers to raise their awareness about stress and to learn how they can begin to manage their stressors effectively.
Our emphasis is to offer practical guidance and support, ensuring that students who participate in the sessions, will learn invaluable life skills, so that they will feel more capable to deal with their current and any future stress.
We will guide students, helping to:
- Nurture and Empower change
- Whilst Motivating and Supporting them as they progress during the sessions.
It is an excellent opportunity for schools, etc, to give their students an opportunity to learn key life skills that will guarantee that they will feel better and deal more effectively with their stress.
Our passion is to share our skills with teenagers so that they become resilient to the effects of stress and will learn in an environment that is conducive to discussion, debate and demonstrating respect for others.
How will it work?
We will attend your school, and work with your nominated class over a 5 week period.
Each session will last the length of a double lesson, since we will also give students the opportunity to practice stress management techniques in class.
We will ask each pupil to keep a diary during the sessions, so that they can begin to understand their stressors better and become more aware of their lifestyle, etc.
What will students learn?
We will explore 5 themes within the class:
Stress – Understanding the biology of stress
Thinking – We will explore how we think and how it impacts our behaviour
Assertiveness – We will explore how to say what we are feeling assertively
Social Support - We will encourage students to start to see who their support systems are
Relaxation - Students and teachers in class will practice relaxation techniques, breathing, muscle relaxation and mind relaxation.
The sessions will be interactive, involve discussion and debate and some homework, that will encompass practicing what has been taught for each lesson.

I know if my school had these sessions when I was at school, I probably wouldn’t have had my panic attack when I was doing my A-Levels. Students will feel less stressed, be more focussed and have better clarity once they perfect the above.
- Provide invaluable life skills
Since we cover a comprehensive stress management course for teens, students will feel better equipped with whatever curve balls life decides to throw at them.

I asked Lubna to come in and teach my staff how to perform hand massages on my elderly residents.
The staff really enjoyed it but the biggest benefit was to the residents, especially those who have dementia.
The touch element seemed to calm our quite vocal residents.
I am thrilled with the results and urge care homes to speak to Lubna about introducing hand massage into their homes.
