An initial free consultation will take place to determine your goals, e.g., stress relief, providing motivation or combating the risk of Repetitive Strain Injuries. A package will be designed using our on site massage services, that best meets your needs. This will take into account the number of staff involved; work schedules; available space and time and budgetary constraints. All you have to do is make available a quiet room or area in your building for the time that he or she is there and nominate someone to arrange bookings.

Whether you have 5 employees or 500, at One has the flexibility to help you and your staff enjoy greater health and less stress. A minimum booking of two hours is required.
