Firstly, we recommend the shiatsu massage to the whole of the upper body starting from the lower back, going as low as the gluts - so ideal for anyone with sciatica, hip problems, etc. The kneading massage will then slowly work its way up the back to the shoulders and neck working on those knots and easing off any stiffness.

This is a remote controlled product with a unique feature. You are able to stop the massage at any given area, giving you a delightful localised massage, helping to break down those stubborn knots and ease off any stiffness.
