I don’t know about you, but I just love being inspired, particularly when we feel like we are in a bit of a rut. One thing that really helps me get out of my rut and being too much in my “head” is reading inspiring quotes or watching inspiring videos on YOUTUBE.
There are so many to choose from. Interestingly, the best ones that I have found, relate to sports people and of course, the legend that is Mohammed Ali. In his hey day he was “awesome”, that’s the only word that I can use to describe him and I apologise for using an Americanism, but for me, it is the only word that begins to capture his greatness.

Have you heard of “Pass it on” phenemnon? It comes from a brilliant film called “Pay it Forward” with Kevin Spacey as the leading actor. The essence of the film, is to pass on something good to someone else, with no expectation of anything in return.
